This Privacy Policy describes how Kash Money Records Ltd collects, uses, and shares information when you use social, including the website, dashboard, API, command-line tools, and related services.

Account information. We collect information used to create and maintain your account, such as your email address, name, image, authentication status, session details, IP address, user agent, and device authorization status.

Connected-account information. When you connect a social network account, we receive and store information needed to operate the connection, such as the platform, platform account identifier, username, display name, profile image URL, connection status, connection timestamps, and related platform metadata.

Product usage information. We collect API and CLI usage information, including request paths, methods, selected platform, requested capability, surface, request identifiers, response status, cache status, error codes, cost and billing metrics, latency, and timestamps.

Content processed through the Product. We process the queries, requests, instructions, content, and responses needed to provide the Product, including information retrieved from or submitted to connected social network accounts at your direction.

Billing and communications. We collect billing status and usage details and may receive payment, invoice, and subscription information from our billing provider. We also collect information you send us when you contact us.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide, secure, monitor, and improve the Product;
• authenticate users and authorize CLI, API, and dashboard access;
• connect, reconcile, and manage social network accounts you authorize;
• process requests and actions that you or your agents initiate;
• measure usage, enforce limits, and operate billing;
• detect abuse, debug issues, and maintain auditability; and
• communicate with you about the Product, support, legal notices, and billing.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Product, including hosting, database, authentication, email, billing, observability, and connected-account infrastructure providers. We share information with social networks and related platform providers when needed to connect accounts or perform actions you request.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our agreements, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Platforms

Your use of connected social network accounts is also governed by the privacy policies, terms, and platform rules of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Product, comply with legal and billing obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements. We may retain usage logs and audit records for operational, billing, and security purposes.

Your Choices

You can manage or disconnect connected accounts in the Product, revoke access through third-party platform settings where available, stop using the CLI, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, or operational requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Product is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
